The Executive committee is a vital part of the Scout Group and is composed of parents along with some of the leaders. The committee is responsible for the finance of the group which includes the fund raising, Health and Safety and the fabric of the Scout hall. It meets 6 times a year including the AGM and we are always pleased to welcome new members to the Committee.
A Christmas Post and Burns Supper are the two main fundraisers during the year and while this involves some hard work it is also a fun committee to be part of. We are always looking for new members to join these sub-committees as well.
The current chairman is Alison Swanney, Treasurer James Schofield and Secretary Maire McGill.
